This is a great property located between Orr and Ray on HWY 53. The property has an approach already in to access the ground from the highway. Up towards the front is a hayfield with a smaller hayfield hidden behind that combined for about 8.41 acres or so. The hidden field would be absolutely perfect to turn into a food plot for deer hunting and having deer feel safe and out of site. The fields are surrounded by alder brush, spruce, fir and ash areas. Getting to the western portions of the land it’s a mix of more of the same coupled with some nice pockets of aspen scattered throughout. Some of the aspen is mature and some is a bit younger. There was deer sign in several different type of habitat on this property. They were using the lower ground areas, the ash areas as well as the aspen areas and of course the fields. Farther to the south and east is a creek cutting through the property that would be excellent to trap or to shoot some occasional ducks and geese.
