Great piece of hunting/recreational property consisting of mostly mature timbered high ground. The property has a great mix of Spruce, Aspen, Ash and Maple trees. It would be easy to create a few openings in the timber and have quality food plots that will draw in deer from neighboring properties. There was plenty of deer sign throughout the property, and I flushed several grouse as well. There is also excellent bear hunting on the property. There is an old ATV trail running through the property, and with a little work it could provide good access to the entire parcel. The property is just minutes away from the Nemadji State Forest and County Memorial Forest with thousands of acres for hunting and ATV/snowmobiling. Lake Superior is just a short drive away for world class fishing, boating, hiking and sightseeing.
