This property has the beautiful Baptism River running through it which is a designated trout stream. The Baptism is listed as having Brook Trout and Rainbow Trout. The river cuts into the western portion and then back out of the property. The river has some wider deeper stretches and some shallower rocky riffle areas and thick alder areas. A person could kayak or canoe the river in the deeper wider stretches. The property is a mix of high and low ground. There's a nice high ground area by the road also by the east portion. The timber mainly consists of spruce, fir, some aspen and birch. There are also areas of alder brush and young birch. The property has some rolling topography. When walking the property I got into some of the lower brushy type areas and saw quite a bit of moose sign!! I could see sign of moose browsing in many areas of the property as well as moose droppings. I was expecting to come around a corner and see one down along the river and various areas on the property.
