This is an excellent property that has frontage on two maintained roads one tar and one gravel. The property is a great mix of higher ground that is a mix of aspen, spruce and fir. With an occasional birch thrown in. The remaining part of the ground is a mix of forested/shrub type wetland type stuff that makes for excellent bedding cover for deer and bear. The edge of this I saw several game trials working along the edges. I also kicked up several grouse. Along a portion of the north across the road is a field. Also along the eastern edge across the road is another field. Both excellent places for deer to head out to feed in the evenings and at night. As it is you could catch deer heading out of this piece to those fields and try to cut them off as they come out of here. Also a person could really make things nice if they created some shooting lanes and also a couple food plots to try and pull deer into those earlier in the evening on the way to the fields. Lots of public lands nearby.
