This place is so charming! It needs a little tlc and some updating but it really is a great place to call home! Starting with a huge porch on two sides! Over 400 square feet of porch! Just imagine what you can do with that!! Great room sizes, main floor laundry, 1/2 bath in mud room, good amount of kitchen cabinets, carpets just cleaned! Roof was new in 2023 and there were many updates in the 1970's. County says year built is 1900 but that just means they are not sure! It looks like the house was built in that era and then added on to at a later time.
The bathroom is the biggest I have seen, huge whirlpool tub and separate shower with double heads. Nice ceramic flooring. There is also a back staircase from the mudroom up to the back bedroom! Lots of fun to be had in this wonderful place! Located near the park and Sunrise river, it is beautiful here!!
